By registering, accessing, or using KAide, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using KAide immediately.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use KAide. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Use of Services
3.1 Permitted Use:
You may use KAide for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Engage in unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functionality of KAide.
3.2 User Responsibilities:
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including tasks, images, and PDFs. Ensure that your uploads comply with applicable laws and do not violate third-party rights.
4. Payment and Refunds
KAide acts as a platform connecting users with peers who assist in completing handwritten assignments and tasks for a fee. Payments for such services are securely held by KAide and released to the working partner upon successful delivery and user approval of the work.
If users experience issues such as non-delivery or fraud, they can raise a genuine complaint by emailing help.kaide@gmail.com. Refunds for valid claims will be processed within 3-5 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided on KAide are the intellectual property of KAide or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of KAide without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant KAide a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content to provide the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
KAide is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAide and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to KAide at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
You may discontinue using KAide at any time by deleting your account.
8. Third-Party Links
KAide may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access these links at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified by updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of KAide after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
